The Why behind Final Phase Consultants
Having worked for a General Contractor on multi-million dollar projects, Brittany's main focus was the closeout of each one. With each project having a different delivery method with its own unique challenges, she realized there was a need for a closeout-focused role on each project.
Noticing that her Project Manager was struggling to tie up loose ends from projects that reached Substantial completion two years prior, actively spending a full year tying up her most in depth-project, and jumping head first into a 300+ multi-million dollar project while realizing that the closeout process was an afterthought by the team, she knew that becoming a Closeout Connoisseur was an impactful role to both the GC and the owner.
