Closeout Conference & Recurring Updates
FPC coordinates and schedules the initial Closeout Conference. With agenda creation, coordination of attendees, and meeting minute distribution, we provide an in depth look meeting to align the Owner and GC and ensure a successful completion of the project. Will attend recurring meetings as needed.

Attic Stock
FPC will pull all required attic stock from the specifications and proactively track the submittal and transmittal of all extra materials. The final deliverable contains the inventory spreadsheet and a compiled PDF of all attic stock transmittal documentation for record.

O&M Manuals
FPC will keep all approved submittals on hand over the life of the project. A polished and fully bookmarked PDF of all O&M Manuals, organized and bookmarked by specification with a title page and table of contents will be provided for final turnover.

Trade Partner Closeout
FPC will assist the GC with compiling all trade partner closeout packages for notarization. We will continuously track the execution of each form within the package and provide a compiled PDF, bookmarked by trade partner, as a final deliverable.

Final As-Built Creation
Upon receipt of all approved red lines from the GC, Final Phase will provide final As-Builts in the format agreed upon and required by the specifications. Possible format of final as-builts includes CAD, Revit, and PDF.

Project Demobilization Coordination
FPC can provide assistance in coordinating the project demobilization process, including but not limited to: printer return, ice box return, water dispenser return, utility disconnects, trailer removal, and unwanted furniture disposal.

File Transfer
FPC will complete the mundane task of transferring all final files from a shared server or Microsoft Teams to the final record destination, whether it be Project Sight, Prologue, Prolog Sky, Kahua, etc.

Miscellaneous Closeout Requirements
Project specifications can vary immensely. FPC offers any other additional services to help create the final project deliverables. This could be anything from Real Property Forms (USACE Projects), Warranty Management, Warranty Contact Spreadsheets, Master Equipment Lists, Miscellaneous Record Submittals, Guarantee & Warranty Books, etc.
